Hi, I’m Courtney 

I am a mom, wife, Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and Mental Health and Wellness Coach focused on holistic healing of the mind, body, and spirit from burnout.

With over two decades of medical experience, I’ve worked with hundreds of women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress. My real authority doesn’t just come from textbooks or certifications; it comes from lived experience.

 

My journey into becoming a Mental Health and Wellness Coach started back when I was a little girl...  

From a young age, I was the person friends and family relied on for comfort, support, and care... a natural nurturer with a genuine passion for helping others. I also grew up watching the women around me carry the weight of the world on their shoulders, always giving, always doing, rarely resting. I learned early on that strength was silent and self-sacrifice was noble.  As I stepped into adulthood, motherhood, and a demanding career, I found myself trapped in that same cycle: overworked, emotionally drained, and disconnected from my own needs.

There was a time when I looked in the mirror and barely recognized myself. I was constantly tired, snapping at the people I loved most, and feeling guilty for not being “grateful enough.” I knew something had to change, not just for me, but for my family and the women I was called to serve.

That’s when I began my own healing journey, one that led me to holistic practices, nervous system regulation, and a deeper understanding of how burnout affects every layer of our being. I combined my clinical expertise with functional medicine and integrative wellness tools to create a framework that actually works, and now I help other women do the same.
